Children
At BASE Family Church, we believe children are a vital part of today’s church, not merely the church of tomorrow. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment where children can be children and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
CRÈCHE
Our Crèche program is available from 9:30 am for toddlers aged 1 – 4 to play during the service. Parents are welcome to stay with their children during the service.
KID’S CHURCH
The Kids Church team love children and considers it a great honour to serve the children of our church community. Kids Church is for children aged 5—12
Youth
Base Youth runs Friday Nights during the school term. It is for young people in years 6-12. The cost is a gold coin donation. We meet at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at 45 Jones St, Toowoomba.
We encourage a culture that builds one another up, accepts each other’s differences and serves one another with kindness and respect. Our goal is to always to point young people to Jesus. We believe that the Bible is relevant to the everyday life of our young people and that our role is to inspire them to apply the Word to their lives. We believe that prayer is powerful and effective, so we dedicate ourselves to praying with and for our young people. Youth is also a great place to build good relationships while having fun.
Young Adults
Our heart for Young Adults (school leavers to 25 years old) is to equip them to become a generation of disciples who live with purpose and mission. We are creating a connected, authentic, generous and influential community for God’s Kingdom. Base Young Adults meet weekly as a small group to connect with God and one another.
Small Groups
Every Monday at 9 am we have an open prayer group that meets to pray and intercede for our church community. Prayer is a special privilege and honour that God gives us to experience His power and presence in our lives. We believe prayer is an important part of our ministry to one another, and God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers.

Worship
The Worship Team is a unified team of music and media. We work together to honour God with the gifts and talents He has given us. Our goal is to serve with humility, kindness, and respect, considering it a privilege to praise God and encourage the body of Christ through worship!
We hold monthly “Breakthrough Nights” during our 6 pm service. These services are times of expectation for God to break through in our lives, to reveal Himself, and to do the miraculous.
Men's Ministry
Base Men’s Ministry seeks to gather men of various life stages and backgrounds, creating a welcoming culture for men to mature in their faith journey. Our men meet weekly to pray, worship, share testimonies, delve deep in the Word together and for fellowship.
Women's Ministry
Base Family Church offers a variety of ministries to women of all ages and in different seasons of life, where relationships grow as we support and care for one another. Base ladies meet through weekly and fortnightly Small Groups and quarterly women’s events.
Serving the Community
Our pastors Nat and Tiff Spary coordinate Base Services, a Toowoomba-based, not for profit, community development organisation, that works with individuals and families in need in the Toowoomba community including men and women of all ages, from diverse cultural backgrounds who are homeless or at high risk of homelessness, ex-service people, people with health issues, people with addictions, people with behavioural issues or trauma as a result of abuse, family violence, separation, grief or loss.

Bible College
We have a heart for Toowoomba, to see leaders equipped to minister the Gospel in their unique calling and vocation. At Toowoomba Leadership College, we want to prepare students from various churches across Toowoomba for ministry in our region and beyond.
Currently, prospective Bible College students from Toowoomba consider travel to Brisbane or “online only” study. Toowoomba Leadership College is hosted by Base Family Church and partnering with Alphacrucis University College (AC), combining AC’s world-class accredited content, resources and assessments, along with the College community experience through tutorials, group discussion and chapel run face-to-face right here in Toowoomba.
We are establishing this College by offering a Diploma in Ministry commencing Semester 1 in February 2024. This course provides students with a foundation in theology and biblical studies, shaping a Christian worldview in whatever context you are called to. In addition, you will find opportunities to gain the practical expertise required for ministry, and positively contribute to our community.
