Nat & Tiff Spary
Nat and Tiffany Spary have been married since 2001 and have three sons Alex, Luke and Noah.
They have been involved in ministry since 2002 coordinating The BASE Youth Centre, The Basement Soup Kitchen and in 2009 planted The BASE Family Church where they serve as ordained pastors.
Nat and Tiffany are passionate about seeing people connect with the Father’s love, this passion stemming from their personal journeys.
Matt & Annette Ireland
Matt and Annette met and married during Bible College and now have two children: Simeon and Gabrielle, with a third due in January 2024. They moved to Toowoomba in 2012 to minister in the local church. Through citywide connections, the Spary’s and the Ireland’s forged a collaborative relationship to see combined Youth events to build the Kingdom together. In 2021 Matt and Annette joined the Base Family Church, where they serve through teaching, preaching, discipling and pastoral care. In 2024, they are partnering with the Base team and Alphacrucis University College to commence Toowoomba Leadership College (see www.toowoombaleadershipcollege.com.au for more information).
Bec Fischer
Bec was raised in Toowoomba and upon completing high school she studied at USQ, completing a Bachelor of Music, majoring in voice. With a heart for mission Bec ministered at Youth With A Mission in New Zealand, where she met her Californian husband Jake, and they now have three children: Hope, Malachi and Ezra. Bec returned to Toowoomba in 2012, ministering with CityWomen Toowoomba, as a youth worker and coordinating the Youth school program Bella Girls. In 2022, Bec joined the Base Family Church team to lead our Youth and Worship ministries. She has a heart and passion to see people equipped to worship and serve God with their whole lives.
